This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and which rights you have in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Your privacy is important to us at exMon. It is exMon’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, exMon.com, and other sites and services we own and operate. However, we do need to process some data connected to you in order to deliver our services and continuously improve our products.

This privacy policy applies to exMon.com and exMon SaaS solutions in relation to which exMon is the data controller. exMon is however not a data controller for any personal information regarding you or any other individual, which might be included in the data imported to exMon. In this case, you or your company are the data controller and exMon is considered the data processor. In these cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the processing of such data is in accordance with applicable legislation.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you, or to improve our products. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. What types of information we collect from you depends on what services of exMon you use and how you use those services. We, for example, but not limited to, collect information from you when you:

  • Participate in our development roadmap website
  • Downloading documents or signing up for our newsletter
  • And more.

How we use the information

We use the information we collect for a variety of purposes and how we use it depends on the services you use. These uses include but are not limited to:

  • Providing technical support to you
  • Notifying you about product updates and upcoming events
  • Invoicing you
  • Personalised marketing i.e. e-mail, social media, display ads, search and covers all advertising formats i.e. InMail, lead ads, retargeting IP-targeting etc.

The purpose of this is to direct and present as relevant possible information to you and your company.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.

Your rights

At any time, you can request from exMon which personal data exMon processes about you and the correction and/or deletion of such personal data. Please note, however, that exMon can delete your personal data only if there is no statutory obligation or prevailing right of exMon to retain it.

Some of exMon’ services require your personal data and if you request that exMon deletes your personal data, some of the services provided will not work as expected.

If exMon uses your personal data based on your consent or to perform a contract with you, you may further request from exMon a copy of the personal data that you have provided to exMon. In this case, please contact the email address below and specify the information or processing activities to which your request relates, the format in which you would like this information, and whether the personal data is to be sent to you or another recipient. exMon will carefully consider your request and discuss with you how it can best fulfil it.

Furthermore, you can request from exMon that exMon restricts your personal data from any further processing of your data is incorrect or there is no legal basis for exMon processing your personal data.

If you believe that exMon is not processing your personal data in accordance with the requirements set out herein or applicable GDPR data protection laws, you can at any time lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country in which you live or with the data protection authority of the country or state in which exMon has its legal register.

Use of this website by children

This website is not intended for anyone under the age of 16 years. If you are younger than 16, you may not register with or use this website.
